We are honoured that you continue to choose us to care for your oral health! These are a few reminders to keep in mind:


  • Please update us on any medical history changes, more importantly, if there are any conditions that may affect dental treatment such as diabetes, thyroid conditions, high blood pressure, artificial joints or heart valves, etc.
  • Please update us on any changes to medications.
  • Please update us on any changes to personal and insurance information. 
  • We direct bill for your convenience and prepare all forms for submission to your insurance company to minimize any hassle. If needed, we can also submit a pre-treatment plan to your dental plan administrator for a pre- determination of benefits.  
  • It is important to remember that your benefits are an agreement between you and your insurance company and that it is your responsibility to financially cover all treatment fees in the event that your benefits don't cover them 100%. It is also important to consult with your insurance company for benefit maximums as well as payment and coverage schedule. 
  • We accept personal cheques, money orders, American Express, Visa, MasterCard, and debit cards.

We love to have you be part of our dental practice! In order to make your first visit smooth, here are a few instructions that we kindly ask you follow:


  • Please arrive 15 minutes earlier to fill out medical and dental history questionnaires and other paperwork. Please remember to bring a list of medications you may be taking and doses. You can obtain a list of your medications from your pharmacy. In addition, please let us know of any medical history of relevance, more importantly, if there are any conditions that may affect dental treatment such as diabetes, thyroid conditions, high blood pressure, artificial joints or heart valves, etc.
