We are honoured that you continue to choose us to care for your oral health! These are a few reminders to keep in mind:

  • Please update us on any medical history changes, more importantly, if there are any conditions that may affect dental treatment such as diabetes, thyroid conditions, high blood pressure, artificial joints or heart valves, etc.
  • Please update us on any changes to medications. Your pharmacy will be able to provide you with a list of medications.
  • Please update us on any changes to personal and insurance information. 
  • We direct bill for your convenience and prepare all forms for submission to your insurance company to minimize any hassle. If needed, we can also submit a pre-treatment plan to your dental plan administrator for a pre- determination of benefits.  
  • It is important to remember that your benefits are an agreement between you and your insurance company and that it is your responsibility to financially cover all treatment fees in the event that your benefits don't cover them 100%. It is also important to consult with your insurance company for benefit maximums as well as payment and coverage schedule. 
  • We accept personal cheques, money orders, American Express, Visa, MasterCard, and debit cards.
